Sandra and Sharon are two advanced nurse practitioners who came together to open an innovative bespoke

health care service in Northamptonshire

to serve members of the community who require fast and efficient services without the extended wait times.

Between the two of them they have over 30 years of nursing experience in acute and primary care. Their field of expertise include prevention of hospital admissions

and facilitating early hospital discharges, minor illness and injury assessments and treatments. Their ethos is based on doing no harm by being accountable, using their professional judgement, being inclusive and treating each individual patient and tailoring service to their needs and in their best interests and maintaining high levels of professionalism.

We work with a wealth of other health care professionals including GP’s, mental health services and physiotherapists to have a

holistic approach to care provision.
